SHIPPING
All orders are dispatched using standard delivery by AUS POST in Australia or a reputable courier in the UK.
ORDER PROCESSING
We will always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, pending product availability and credit verification. We make it our business, to ensure a timely delivery of your order.
Therefore, our processing time is between 1 to 2 business days for all orders. The processing time is in addition to the transit time required by each of our courier services, to deliver your package.
Due to COVID-19 Australia Post and international freight may take longer than usual to deliver and we really appreciate your patience in the meanwhile.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number. Occasionally, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking to be visible.
CHANGE DESTINATION
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed.
SHIPPING TO WORK ADDRESSES
For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your workplace. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business in the address and note goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room.
Delivery to a PO Box, AFPO, PMB or Locked Bag is not permitted for security reasons.
DUTIES AND TAXES

Cecily Clune currently offers FREE international shipping. Duties and taxes are included to shipments to the USA, Australia and the UK.
For all other International Orders:
Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
