This bag is impeccably crafted out of leather that is as good as that used for Louis Vuitton. So pretty, looks expensive and so unique. I ordered from the United States and had a weird glitch with customs holding the package for a long time and the customer service at CC was fantastic. I trusted that they would help me resolve it.
